The Dog Treatery takes pride in providing its customers the best quality products and service available.

To exchange a product:

Because we sell fresh made-to-order products all items are sold on a nonrefundable basis. Only products found to be defective, or incorrect, will be considered for exchange. All products must be returned within 7 days of receipt, unused and in their original packaging. Just call customer service at 316-267-1054. Please have the following information information ready when you make the call:
Transaction number (customer ID number)
The first and last name of the person on your receipt.

Privacy Policy:

We don't sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent. We may combine your information with information we collect from other companies and use it to improve and personalize our services, content and advertising. If you don't wish to receive marketing communications from us or participate in our advertising programs, simply indicate your preference by not signing up for such services.

Local Delivery
We offer Local Delivery to the Wichita Metro area for a small fee, indicated at the time of checkout. Deliverys are made within 48 hours unless this falls on a holiday or Sunday in which case the delivery will be made the next day. To see if we deliver to your area just enter your zip code in the cart to calculate shipping. If you are within the delivery zone it will be one of the shipping choices offered.
