* Terms & Conditions: Orders typically leave our facility 24-72 business hours from the time the order is placed. Sorry, we do not ship on weekends, see our business hours below. If you have a rush order, you must call The Dog Treatery prior to placing your order to make special arrangements. Federal Express and USPS typically takes two to three days in the 50 United States. That is not a guaranteed time frame and FedEx can take up to five days, USPS up to ten days. We cannot guarantee the delivery date or time. We do not give refunds for items that were delayed, misdirected or otherwise mishandled by the shipping company.
